You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from doctorkitchbath.com.
The items must be in perfect condition.
Returns will be admitted in case of the same and condition of products were shipped by doctorkitchbath. It must be also in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
DoctorKitchbath is not being in charge of shipping fee for returns. Please be aware of that all returns freight fee will be on responsible of buyer. Before you initiate your return, we offer you to contact with us over wholesale@doctorkitchbath.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged because of manufacturing process. We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense
Important : All customized products can not be issued for return and refund. Please take consideration in while you are customizing your logo or brand which is final design and with exact color that you want.
Pack & Ship
Package the item in its original condition and seal it in the same shipping box. We do not accept returned products that are washed, worn, stained, have an odor, or have pet hair. If we receive products back that have any of these signs we will not grant the refund.
Undelivered products can not be any refund issue for the refund and exchange

Any refunds on international orders will not include the non-refundable international shipping fee. Once your package is received, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued for the item only. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the package has been delivered to our returns center.
