You hereby release and discharge DoctorKitchBath from all and any obligation to pay you for any use of your texts and any of the copy rights contained therein in connection with the uses described above; and You hereby release, discharge and agree to hold DoctorKitchBath and any person acting on DoctorKitchBath’s behalf harmless from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with use of the customer reviews as described above. DoctorKitchBath reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice, however the Terms that was available to you on DoctorKitchBath.com and DoctorKitchBath mobile application at the time of submitting the review will apply for that review. Please make sure to save a copy of the Terms, as we will not store or be able to provide you with old versions.
